Job Description
Entry-level Sales Representative
CA $500 - $2000/week (based on scheduling)
We are looking for driven individuals eager to build a successful career in sales. Our focus is on brand development and broadening our client's market presence. Ideal candidates should bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize partner acquisition
Engage with customers directly to raise awareness and add value to client brands
Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers through personal interactions. face-to-face campaigns
Actively pursue and close sales opportunities
Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
Respond to customer inquiries with patience, care, and understanding
Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales journey
Contribute to data collection efforts
Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions

Schedule:
-Monday to Friday
-Able to work from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, for a minimum of 3 days (Monday to Friday)
Position:
-In person role, field sales (not office role)
-Half of your shift will be at the office, the other half will be in the sales field
Education Level:
-High School diploma (or equivalent), GED or Military Service
Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Able to work from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, for a minimum of 3 days (Monday to Friday)
-Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
-Demonstrates strong communication ability
-Comfortable speaking with clients/customers, conducting face-to-face marketing
-Self-motivated and driven to work in an environment that is highly goal-oriented
-A positive attitude, along with ambition, organisation and service spirit
Compensation:
-Competitive Pay! On average our entry level reps earn $500-$2000/week (based on scheduling)
-Commission structure, with additional base pay and daily bonus
